The Society for Improvisation in Classical Music, abbreviated SICM, was founded in 2024 and Mgr. Jiří Pazour became its first president. The aim of the SICM is to promote the field of improvisation in classical music by creating a platform for all those interested in this field of music, i.e. the general public and the professional community. For this purpose, it will strive to create professional and non-professional artistic activities, to develop and support educational processes in the field of musical improvisation and to implement other activities leading to the fulfillment of its goals.
